It is very worrisome when your security system does not work, or it goes off for seemingly no reason at all. I was referred to Drake and called DEA Security, he came out and fixed the problem. Drake is a competent, understanding, and friendly person to assist you with whatever the security system problem might be. On one occasion he even adjusted our sliding glass patio door, making it easier to open. This help had nothing to do with the security system, but he took the initiative just to be helpful.
